GMLRA New Member Orientation Information

There are 2 training requirements for new REALTOR® members of the Georgia Mountains & Lakes REALTORS® Association.
Both training courses must be completed within nine (9) months upon completion of the application.

First, all new members must attend a one hour in-class Local GMLRA Training course to be held at one of the United Community Banks in our area. Registration for this program is easy and is available by clicking the links in the calendar to the right. If you don't remember your username or password, you may request that it be emailed to you from the login screen. Please note that the username and password are case sensitive. We encourage you to sign up now and not wait until the last minute as classes usually fill up quickly!

Second, all new members must also complete a qualified New Member Code of Ethics Orientation course. You may complete this course for free online at the National Association of REALTORS® site at (Click on the "Education" header, then "Code of Ethics Training" link and finally "Training for New Members" link).
