The February 2025 housing market in the Georgia Mountains & Lakes REALTORS® area showed mixed trends. Active listings surged 62.3% year-over-year, while new listings rose 38.9%. However, sales volume dropped 29.8%, and units sold declined 15.2% from last year. Month-over-month, median sales price fell 12.3% to $330,900, while inventory continued to expand..
