January Market Brief – GMLRA Highlights

The January 2025 housing market in the Georgia Mountains & Lakes REALTORS® area had mixed results. The median sales price rose 13.4% year-over-year to $380,000, while new listings jumped 47%, and active listings grew 55.9%.

However, units sold fell 17.7% year-over-year and 19.4% from last month, with sales volume down 8.8% month-over-month but up 21.7% from last year.
