March Market Brief – GMLRA Highlights

The March 2025 housing market in Rabun, White, and Habersham counties showed mixed trends. Sales volume totaled $45,827,184, down 0.9% from March 2024, while units sold decreased 4.0% to 97. The median sales price rose 10.1% to $370,000. New listings increased 49.7% to 286, and active listings grew by 63.1% to 641. Month-over-month, sales volume jumped 45.3%, units sold were up 22.8%, and new listings rose by 27.1%. The median sales price increased 11.8% to $330,900, showing market resilience despite mixed performance.
